One-on-One Lessons

All lessons consist of 1 HOUR of on-ice training, which includes 15 minutes of position specific movement and 45 minutes of focused instruction.

GDI Tracker – Student Login

A goaltender now has the ability to take feedback that their GDI instructor has provided them and continue their learning away from The Rink. The GDI Tracker provides students with a personal online login to view instructional feedback on previous lessons. The tracking system includes a 4-point rating system, written feedback on lesson, 24/7 Athlete-to-Instructor communication, and more.

Private Training – Video Analysis

As an interactive approach, the option of being able to critique and view your on ice performance through video provides a level of learning that becomes paramount for each goaltender to advance to new levels. Each video teaching session includes a personal review of ones performance with a take home DVD, a personal documented form, and a coach to goaltender boardroom review of all specific technical and tactical components.

Team Training Packages

Goaltenders from the same team or two friends can share a lesson at GDI. Both goaltenders will be on the ice at the same time with an instructor and will benefit from watching as well as participating in the drills. All lessons are 1 HOUR in duration.

Game Evaluations

Provide GDI with game footage or have an instructor attend and videotape a game. After, we will breakdown the game footage and provide a scouting report and review session.

Video Provided – $60

Mentorship Sessions

Despite the power of technique, athleticism and equipment, proper mentorship remains the key separation between the good goalies and the great goalies. GDI mentorship will help you bridge that gap.

GDI Attended Practices

A GDI Instructor will attend your team practice to evaluate and consult with the goaltender in a dynamic team environment. Includes a Practice Report that is emailed within 5 days of the attended practice. Subject to instructor availability.
