What does an hour lesson consist of?

Unlike most other facilities and training centers, GDI believes in maximizing one-on-one training time but also understands the importance of proper technique training, warm-up and cool-down time. Our lessons are structured so that each goalie is fully prepared for a productive lesson.   On-ice lessons are 60 minutes in duration. Goalies begin each lesson developing and honing position specific movement for 15 minutes before the on-ice instruction begins. On-ice lessons follow with 45 minutes of detailed focused instruction. Each lesson ends with a competition and a review of the hour lesson.
